Speech and Language
At Carapace Therapy Services we determine the specific areas of difficulty for our clients through observations and interactions, discussions with the team around the child, and formal (standardised) assessments as required.
We provide individualised intervention supports tailored to our client’s specific needs to help them reach their full potential and achieve their goals.
Areas we are able to support include:
- Speech sound disorders (articulation, phonological processing, dyspraxia, childhood apraxia of speech)
- Comprehension and correct use of language
- Social communication skills
- Literacy
Communication encompasses many different skills including:

How we make and put sounds together to form words.
Language (Expressive and Receptive)
