NDIS
Participants
We currently offer services to NDIS participants who are Plan-Managed or Self-Managed.

Support all Ages & Disabilities
We have experience and expertise working with clients from birth to late adulthood with a wide range of disabilities including but not limited to physical disabilities, neuromuscular disorders, genetic syndromes, developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, degenerative conditions and more.

Specialty Services
Our senior clinicians have additional training and experience to provide services to clients with complex communication needs (non-speaking) who require AAC supports, and complex mealtime needs including tube-weaning, sensory feeding difficulties, and dysphagia.
The founding directors of Carapace Therapy Services are senior speech pathologists with over 20 years of combined experience. The directors work closely with all team members to ensure we provide high quality evidence-based practice to support clients of all ages and disabilities.

Training & Development
Our therapists are strong believers in life-long learning and we pride ourselves in our ability to support other professionals, students and carers to gain important skills and knowledge in the speciality areas of early intervention, mealtimes/dysphagia, complex communication and AAC supports.
Our senior clinicians have experience and expertise offering university lectures, workshops, training and clinical supervision in the above areas.
We are able to present at your location of choice including but not limited to universities, education and childcare centres, disability accommodation services, nursing homes, Day Options and via Telehealth.
